Yes. If you need to amend your booking, please do so via your account at least 5 days before your scheduled visit. Subject to availability.
Unfortunately, bookings cannot be amended within 5 days of your appointment.
Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund up to 5 days before your scheduled visit.
As each booking reserves the spa exclusively for your party, cancellations made within 5 days of your appointment are non refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
If you would like to add additional guests, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to check availability.
Additional guests are subject to the maximum capacity of five people and any applicable price difference.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to make the most of your experience.
If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the original scheduled time. This allows us to prepare the spa to the highest standard for the next guests and ensures every visit receives the same level of care.
We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Kaiya Spa Gift Cards.
Full payment is required when your booking is confirmed.
Absolutely. If availability allows, our team will be happy to help you arrange your next visit before you leave. You can also make future bookings online at any time through your Kaiya account.
