At Kaiya Spa, our guests are always our top priority. We’re dedicated to making sure your experience is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent to ensure your complete satisfaction.

On Confirmation of your booking you automatically accept and understand the below term and conditions on behalf of all your guests.

Kaiya Spa reserves the right to cancel your booking session up until the day of your appointment if unforeseen circumstances arise. We will always strive to notify you in advance, offering the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Our facilities are available for guests aged 16 and above. guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

For hygiene reasons, showering before using the facilities is required. We also ask that you wear the provided bathrobe and slippers in all areas. We also require you to wear swimming clothes when using the spa facilities.

Towels should be used in the sauna to keep things clean and comfortable for everyone.

Please note that personal grooming activities like shaving or cutting nails are not allowed on the premises. We do impose a fine for any violations of these hygiene rules.

We kindly ask that you respect your reserved time slot and depart the spa complex on time. Late arrivals may lead to a shorter session, and if you exceed your allotted time at departure, a late fee will apply of £5 per minute.

Arrivals later than an hour may not make use of the spa facilities.

For everyone’s comfort, no outside food or drinks are permitted. Additionally, smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere within the spa.

Group bookings are available for up to a maximum of 5 people.

You are responsible for any damages to the premises, and compensation fees may apply if anything is damaged during your visit.

You can reschedule up to five days in advance, but changes within five days of your appointment can’t be accommodated and will become non-refundable.

All packages booked are not downgradable, and partial refunds will not be provided for fewer participants attending than originally booked.

Kaiya Spa is not liable for any loss or theft of goods or valuables bought by the guests and accepts no liability regarding injury to
persons and/or damage to goods.

Lastly, while we welcome everyone to Kaiya Spa, we maintain a respectful and serene atmosphere at all times.

All bookings at Kaiya Spa are subject to our Terms & Conditions and are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. By completing your booking, you agree to the policies relating to cancellations, amendments, guest responsibilities and the safe use of our facilities. We recommend reading our Terms & Conditions before your visit.
If you're unable to attend, please contact us at least five days before your scheduled visit. Booking transfers may be possible at our discretion, provided we receive the new guest's details in advance and all booking conditions continue to be met
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will be offered the choice of an alternative date or a full refund of any payments made to Kaiya Spa.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all guests must follow the guidance provided before and during their visit. Guests are required to complete a health declaration prior to arrival, shower before using the facilities, wear appropriate swimwear at all times, and use the sauna, steam room, hot tub and ice plunge responsibly. If you have any medical concerns, we recommend seeking advice from your GP before booking.
Yes. Gift vouchers, memberships and promotional offers may be subject to additional terms alongside our general booking Terms & Conditions. Where applicable, these will be provided at the time of purchase.
