Yes. Kaiya Spa is an adults only private spa in Bexleyheath. All guests must be 18 years or over to use our thermal facilities, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing environment for everyone.
Yes. Bookings at Kaiya Spa may be cancelled or amended up to 5 days before your scheduled visit. As every reservation includes exclusive use of our private spa, cancellations or amendments requested within 5 days of your appointment cannot be accepted.
Yes. Before visiting Kaiya Spa, guests are required to complete a health declaration. Facilities including the sauna, steam room, hot tub and ice plunge may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy, have recently undergone surgery, or have any medical concerns, we recommend seeking advice from your GP before your visit.
Although your experience is completely private, our team is always nearby should you require assistance. First aid equipment is available onsite, emergency procedures are in place, and trained staff are available throughout your visit if needed.
Yes. Every booking includes exclusive use of Kaiya Spa for you and your guests only. You will never share the spa facilities with other visitors, allowing you to enjoy a calm, uninterrupted wellness experience in complete privacy.
