The Kaiya Residence Package includes 12 private spa sessions, each lasting 45 minutes, designed to help you build a consistent wellbeing routine. You'll enjoy access to our Japanese inspired private spa during dedicated off peak hours, allowing you to experience regular moments of rest, recovery and renewal.
Residence Package sessions can be booked during our dedicated off peak membership hours:
6:00am to 9:00am
7:00pm to 9:00pm
Sessions are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Your Kaiya Residence Package is valid for six months from the date of purchase, giving you the flexibility to enjoy your 12 sessions at a pace that suits your lifestyle. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred off peak times and make the most of your membership.
Yes. Subject to availability, you're welcome to book your sessions in advance, making it easy to build regular wellbeing into your routine and reserve your preferred off peak times.
Yes. Residence Package members are welcome to invite additional guests to join their visit. Additional guests are charged at a discounted member rate of £50 per person, subject to availability and the maximum capacity of five guests.
