about kaiya spa
Most spas ask you to share the experience. Kaiya was created so you never have to.
Every booking includes exclusive use of the entire spa, reserved for you and your guests. There are no waiting for facilities, and no interruptions. Just two hours in your own private thermal space, designed around heat, cold, water and rest.
Inspired by the intentional simplicity of Japanese design, Kaiya brings together a sauna, steam room, hot tub, cold plunge, experience shower and warm relaxation beds in one carefully considered environment.
Choose from three private rituals, each building on the last with Japanese-inspired additions, from matcha, sencha, fruits and seasonal accompaniments to our most complete experience, Zen.
We also feature additions allow you to make the experience your own, whether you're celebrating, marking an occasion or simply spending uninterrupted time together
Romantic – Rose petals, candlelight and handcrafted chocolate truffles.
Celebration – Cake, balloons and candles for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions.
Every visit is personal. Every ritual is uniquely yours.

the beginning | shizuku means droplet, for this single drop signifies the gentle start to your kaiya experience.
Shizuku is the purest expression of Kaiya, bringing together heat, cold, water and rest in complete privacy. with exclusive access to the sauna, steam room, hot tub, cold plunge, experience shower and warm relaxation beds, Shizuku is unhurried and uniterrupted relaxation.
A single droplet is often the beginning of something larger. One drop becomes a ripple. One small moment can change the rhythm of the day. Shizuku doesn't promise transformation. It simply marks the beginning.

our most popular | onsen means hot spring, a place to bath, soak, pause and quieten
Onsen extends the Kaiya ritual beyond the thermal experience. After moving through heat, cold, water and rest, complete your visit with premium ceremonial matcha or sencha, either delicately prepared for you or enjoyed as a self-guided tea ritual
The warmth of the hot spring is only the beginning. As the water gives way to tea, the ritual continues in a different way. Onsen reminds us that warmth can be felt as much in a shared moment as it can in the water itself.

the complete experience | Zen is the moment when doing gives way to simply being
Zen is the most complete expression of the Kaiya ritual. Alongside exclusive use of the sauna, steam room, hot tub, cold plunge, experience shower and warm relaxation beds, enjoy A carefully prepared seasonal fruit platter, a bottle of prosecco or non alcoholic alternative, and the gentle glow of an aromatherapy candle bring the ritual to its natural conclusion.
Completion is found not by adding more, but by appreciating what is already present. Zen is a quiet reminder that the simplest rituals often leave the deepest impression.
