The Experience

Onsen continues the Kaiya ritual. It offers two hours of exclusive private access to the spa, where you can use all the thermal facilities at your own pace, uninterrupted and unhurried. The experience then unfolds over premium ceremonial matcha or sencha, extending the warmth of the ritual into a quieter moment of stillness.

What’s Included

Two-hour private spa access for a minimum of 2 and up to 5 guests, to use the sauna, steam room, hot tub, cold plunge, experience shower, and our renowned warm relaxation beds.

Complimentary water, towels, robes and slippers.

Premium ceremonial matcha or sencha, prepared for you or enjoyed as a guided Japanese tea ceremony where we’ll teach you the traditional preparation.

Before You Arrive

Please arrive ten minutes before your booking. Towels, robes, slippers, and refreshments are prepared before your arrival. Simply bring swimwear suitable for the thermal facilities.

How to Book

Start by selecting the number of guests you are bringing. Each ritual is for a minimum of two guests and can accommodate up to five. Then select the date and time you wish to attend. You may choose to purchase a drink to enjoy first, with a maximum of one drink per guest. After that, you can decide to make it even more special by adding flowers, or the Romantic Package or Celebration Package, depending upon the occasion. Agree upon the terms, and then proceed to confirm your booking. We cannot wait to welcome you to Kaiya Spa.
